These Terms govern your use of websites and services operated by Imperello Technologies (“Imperello,” “we,” “us”), including imperello.com and product marketing pages. Individual products may have additional terms.

Using our sites

You may browse our marketing sites for lawful purposes. Do not attempt to disrupt services, probe systems without authorization, submit spam or abusive content through contact forms, or misuse Formsig endpoints associated with Imperello.

Products and third-party platforms

• Web products (for example Formsig, LivDock, MySolarSetup, CreatorDHQ, LiveScoreBook) may have their own terms, pricing, and acceptable-use rules.
• Unity Asset Store plugins (for example Easy Ads for Unity Ads, Tofaani Save System, FormSig SDK) are also subject to the Unity Asset Store EULA and Unity’s policies for purchases, refunds, and licensing.

Intellectual property

Imperello names, logos, product names, and site content are owned by Imperello Technologies or its licensors. You may not copy or redistribute them except as allowed by law or a separate license (including Unity Asset Store licenses for purchased assets).

Disclaimer

Marketing sites and free tools are provided “as is.” We do not warrant uninterrupted availability or that content is error-free. Product features may change. Evaluate plugins and services against your own requirements before production use.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Imperello is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of our websites or free informational materials. Paid product liability may be limited further by that product’s agreement or the Unity Asset Store EULA.
